For education, birth rehearsal, and body alignment for getting baby into the best position for birth. We can create a plan for what to watch and when in our first prenatal visit.

two Postpartum and breastfeeding visits

• I come the day of or day after you arrive home from the hospital to help you settle in and practice breastfeeding in your own space. I can help troubleshoot milk production issues and help you find a manageable feeding routine that works both for your rest, your milk supply, and baby’s weight gain and growth.

• My second visit is scheduled based on your needs - to help with perfecting latch, to check milk transfer, or support other breastfeeding needs. I have extensive resources if we need to pull in additional support. For birth clients, additional hours postpartum hours can be booked after the two included in the birth package. These are agreed to ahead of time and billed at $75/hr (usually $90/hr).
